Supper Clwb – an evening of drag, musical theatre, burlesque or comedy, plus three small plates and two cocktails – are held every Saturday night at the Centre this summer until October.
Coming up in August…
3 August David Mahoney curates an evening of splendid musical theatre songs. Singers include musical theatre performer Jonathan Radford, Tiger Bay star Vikki Bebb, and Only Men Aloud member Craig Yates, with piano accompaniment from Nicki Rose.
10 August Prepare for a fun-packed evening of British burlesque and variety entertainment led by John Celestus as MC, Hula Hoop, Kimmy Von Shimmy, Kheski Kobler and Oola Pearl.
17 August Join your bilingual host, Connie Orff for an epic, multigenerational event as she welcomes both her drag mentor – Pride in London host, Michael Twaits – and mentee, the hilarious Venetia Blind! Adding in the sensational Laura Nadia Hunt, this is a Supper Clwb not to be missed.
24 August Get ready for an evening of laughs as Leroy Brito leads a night of comedy at Supper Clwb. Featuring Clint Edwards, Esyllt Sears, Steffan Evans and headlined by Matt Rees. You’ll laugh your socks off.
31 August David Mahoney curates an evening of musical theatre featuring Tiger Bay star Vikki Bebb and two performers from male group Only Men Aloud: Tom Hier and Steffan Rhys Hughes, with piano accompaniment from David Dodge.
Supper Clwb will be held at Wales Millennium Centre every Saturday night until October. Please note, this is subject to change.
