Celebrate St. David’s Day weekend with some of the best-loved traditional Welsh folk songs, sung in Welsh and introduced in both English and Welsh.
With three months to go before the 2019 Vale of Glamorgan Festival, an exciting preview concert will take place in the foyer of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama on Sunday 3 March, 2019 at 5.00pm featuring the popular Welsh baritone Jeremy Huw Williams, and pianist Paula Fan, who will entertain you with a programme of well- known traditional Welsh folk songs arranged by living composers from Wales – to include Nathan James Dearden, John Hardy, Paul Maelor and Pwyll ap Siôn as well as three world premières by Vale of Glamorgan Festival artistic director, John Metcalf.
